Harav Yosafe Hadesman, the Scribe, [1845-1907], son-in-law of Harav Yuel Zendel. Born in Strykov, Poland 1845, died in Chicago 1907.
Buried at Waldheim at the Western Star Gate, row 16.
Max Gerber, in the 1960's in St Louis. Born on Purim in Prushnitz, Poland in 1886, died in St Louis in 1967.
Jack Friedman, Jenny's grandfather [1911-1995], received the Purple Heart medal in the battle of Iwo Jima in World War II. A singer and entertainer, he taught Jenny how to "speak to the last row" to improve her speech.
